Job description

This role is critical in driving the technical excellence and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies, streamlining development processes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and security.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance development and operational efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and translate them into actionable strategies

DevOps & Automation:

• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate development and release processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Ensure the security and reliability of all systems and infrastructure.

Quality Assurance:

• Define, implement, and maintain company-wide quality standards.
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement software testing strategies, including automated testing.

Process Improvement:

• Analyze data and identify opportunities to enhance productivity and quality.
• Streamline processes across all departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards and best practices.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate effectively with software developers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts and project progress to all levels.
• Provide coaching and support to team members to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong working knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., version control, CI/CD servers, configuration management).
• Proven experience managing and mentoring QA teams.
• Experience with web service testing (SOAP/REST).
• Proficiency with issue-tracking and agile project management systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and/or Maven.
• Solid understanding of SQL and scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is highly desired.
